Where do you ship from?
Our shipping centers are located overseas, outside of the US and depending on inventory levels and delivery timeframes, we may ship from multiple locations to speed up your order delivery. So please expect your items to be shipped separately in your order.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Yes we do. We proudly ship worldwide.

Why doesn't my payment go through or why does my credit card gets declined?

When will you ship my item?
All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 1-3 days of payment.

When will my order arrive?
This depends on the product ordered.  

Please see the guide below for delivery times depending on demand. If you're still not sure, just email us.  We're happy to help:

US, UK, CA, AU & NZ - For most of the items it would usually take 7-20 business days, however at this time of the year, due to high demand of and the busy season, please allow 15-35 business days for delivery.

Rest Of The World - For most of the items it would usually take 15-30 business days, however at this time of the year, due to high demand of and the busy season, please allow 15-45 business days for delivery.

Due to the fact that shipping times are longer than other retailers, we are able to offer our product at massively discounted price!

If your order hasn't arrived within 45 business days (USA, Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, New Zealand) & 60 business days (other countries) of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund of your purchase.

(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).

Incorrect Shipping Addresses 

During checkout you certify you are providing the correct shipping address. Please be sure to check your shipping address for errors before processing any orders. We can not be held responsible for products shipped to the wrong address due to input error.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by you, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. HackPick is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer. If the order has not shipped by the time you contact us we will be able to alter the address.

Is there a tracking number for my order?
Yes, tracking number is available for all orders. The tracking number is available upon request. Please mention your full name and order number to our customer service team at support@hackpick.com. 

How come my tracking # isn’t working?
Once you receive your tracking #, it usually takes about 3 – 5 days for the tracking # to be updated by the carrier.

I ordered multiple items, why do I only received part of the shipment, where are the other items?
Since we print on demand and we have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way. 

What about possible custom fees? 
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

What if I need an item faster? 
If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before the holidays. 

If you need an item by a specific date, for a gift, for going on a trip, or you just simply want it faster... We'll be happy to see if we can accommodate.

Simply send us an email to support@hackpick.com BEFORE ordering to see if your chosen item is available for expedited shipping. If it is, we'll let you know if there is any additional cost to expedite, and we'll hook you up with the fast shipping you want.

Can I cancel/change my address/order?
Please e-mail us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. Note that once the item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations to your order.
