Once you've placed your order, you will be directed to an order confirmation message which will contain your order number. This information will also be emailed to you; this can take up to 30 minutes to arrive in your inbox- so hold tight! Once our team at the warehouse have processed your order, you will receive a second email to let you know that your order is on its way to you. Please note that during the pandemic period, some orders may be sent out in multiple parts.
Due to the World Health Organization and the sudden unfortunate global epidemic, packages are expected to arrive later than usual due to preventative measures taken by major logistics companies. Retailers including HackPick and other shippers are bracing for supply chain delays on goods moved in and out of the global sphere in growing number of airlines and ocean carriers freeze operations across international countries borders in the wake of the WHO Global Emergency Announcement. At HackPick, we take safety and pre-caution extremely serious and we stand in support of the WHO in regards to all necessary international shipping and airline delays.
Rest to be assured your orders will arrive as we are still here for you as our fulfillment centres are shipping as per usual. We kindly ask for your patience during this unprecedented time as our warehouse staff are not only putting themselves on the frontlines to serve you but are also taking extremely strict warehouse precautions in the wake of the pandemic, so we kindly ask to allow for 3 to 5 business days for your order to be shipped out, it then may take an additional 14 to 30 days to arrive at your shipping destination due to strict supply chain measures. In some cases, packages may be delayed to arrive at the designated shipping destination for up to 40 days due to strict preventative measures at logistics centres around the world. We please ask for you to be assured that our staff is working tirelessly on the frontlines to serve you to the best of our abilities during this unprecedented time.
